THE FOUNDERS

Blueprint Earth started out as a husband and wife duo, Brit and Eric Sastrawidjaya. One part landscape designer/contractor, one part arborist, two parts passion for bettering the environment around us.

We are deeply rooted in the green industry with well over a decade of experience each. We use our leadership to foster a team of designers and contractors who drive your garden project every step of the way.

From design through build, curating your garden (and the experience of making it come to life) is our magic.

THE design TEAM

Born and raised in the PNW, Landscape Designer Camille is deeply connected to this region. With a background in art, farming, and floristry, her design practice is inspired by a deep appreciation for the natural world. She focuses on creating resource-efficient landscapes by using local materials, climate-adaptive plants, and innovative stormwater solutions.

Camille hopes that by caring for our landscapes, we can build a stronger connection to the places we call home. Her dream job? Transforming unused parking lots into pocket parks.

Outside of work, Camille enjoys gardening, spending time with her toddler, and painting (under her alter-ego, Camille Shu. You can see her work here.).

Julie Coleman

Julie Coleman is passionate about building a more sustainable world and connecting people to place through design. Her background spans architectural studies, urban studies, and sustainability, with hands-on experience transforming urban spaces into community gardens, pollinator habitats, and urban farms that reconnect people with food production and the land.

Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture. Her design work focuses on creating spaces for gathering, prioritizing native and climate-adapted plantings, and integrating beautiful stormwater solutions that keep water on site. At the core of her practice is a desire to help people engage more deeply with their landscapes in ways that invite curiosity, encourage time outdoors, and foster long-term stewardship of the land.

The founders of Blueprint Earth hold a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University. They are certified as G3 Waterwise Landscape Professionals, EPA WaterSense Professionals, Oregon Licensed Landscape Contractors, and

Years Of Doing It

OUR ETHOS & WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT

Living in the Northwest we see copious amounts of rain. From the first drop of water that runs from your roof, to the vast ecosystem alive in the soil, to the tops of the canopy overhead, we appreciate thoughtful interpretation of a landscape's needs for a natural water source. This perspective is what makes us a unique landscape firm.

How we can leverage stormwater’s potential to support life around your home is often the most important consideration in our designs. We aim to create a symbiosis between human needs, xeric flora, high design and responsible stormwater management. With this, we are the kind of team that creates design trends, rather than follow them.

Our VALUES

At Blueprint Earth, we believe how you show up matters as much as what you build. These are the principles that guide every client conversation, every design decision, and every site we touch.

Everything we do starts and ends with creating raving fans. The client's vision is always heard, always honored.

Does this serve the client?

The Client Is Our Why

1

How do I get started?

2

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call. We’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

How can we make this work?

LEAVE IT BETTER

3

Regenerative isn't just a design philosophy, it's how we treat every project, every interaction, every site we touch. We leave things better than we found them. Always.

Is this better than before?

OWN THE OUTCOME

4

We don't pass blame. We own the experience, the quality, and the relationship. When something goes sideways, we step up and communicate clearly.

What can we do to make this right?

LIFT EACH OTHER UP

5

We are a team and we are each other's cheerleaders. We learn from what didn't work without tearing anyone down. We ask 'what can we do differently?'

How can we help?

WIN AS ONE

6

We succeed together or not at all. We support each other's growth, honor where each person is in their journey, and create space for everyone to rise.

How does this help us grow together?
