Give the Gift That Transforms Their Home (And Heals the Earth)

This holiday season, give something that keeps giving: a professionally designed landscape that solves real problems while creating beauty your family will enjoy for decades. The families who invest in their outdoor spaces use them more than any other part of their home.

Not the fancy kitchen. Not the media room. The garden.

Because a well-designed garden isn't decoration. It's where your family actually wants to spend time. Where memories happen. Where your teenagers willingly put down their phones. Where you host dinners that go late because no one wants to leave.

If you want to be using your new garden by summer 2026, we need to start the design process now.

Book before December 29th and save 20% by locking in 2025 pricing.

THE TIMELINE MATTERS

To be using your garden by summer 2026:

  • Nov/Dec 2025: Lock in your rate with deposit

  • Jan/Feb 2026: Design phase begins

  • Mar/Apr/May 2026: Construction during optimal planting window

  • June/July 2026: You're hosting friends in your new space

If you wait until spring to start, construction pushes to late summer or fall—missing the entire 2026 season.

What's Included in Your Design Package

Lock in 2025 pricing and receive comprehensive landscape design work from Blueprint Earth's expert team.

  • Site Analysis + Design Prep

    • We conduct a thorough site analysis: solar exposure, water flow patterns, slopes and elevations, existing vegetation, views to frame or screen, access points, and circulation. We gather all the data needed to create a build-ready plan that actually works with your property's unique conditions.

  • Conceptual Design

    • We develop design options for your entire property with sketches, vision boards, preliminary plant selections, and materials. Then we meet with your family for an hour to walk through the concepts and gather your input. This is where we discover how you actually want to use your outdoor spaces.

  • Design Development

    • We refine the design based on your feedback and create detailed landscape plans, a visual plant list, and materials list. Another hour-long meeting gives you the chance to review everything and guide final adjustments. This is our expertise in stormwater management and grading at work, solving drainage problems while creating functional outdoor rooms.

  • Design Documentation

    • We produce your complete, buildable design package: planting plan, demolition plan, hardscape plan, and materials plan. A final hour together ensures you have everything needed to move forward with confidence.

The result: A complete design that eliminates drainage headaches, creates outdoor spaces your family will actually use, supports local pollinators and wildlife, and gives you a clear roadmap for construction. You can build with Blueprint Earth or use any contractor you choose.

What Most Projects Actually Cost

Let's be transparent about total investment. There are two phases to a complete landscape when both designing and building with Blueprint Earth.

Design: $8,750 for a 70 hour design project (if you lock in 2025 pricing)

Construction: Most comprehensive landscape projects range from $100,000-$250,000 depending on scope.

A typical $150K construction project includes:

  • Custom hardscape: patio (600-1,000+ sq ft), pathways, fire feature

  • Outdoor kitchen or built-in grill station

  • Complete planting design with native and adapted plants

  • Mature trees for instant impact and shade

  • Irrigation system and landscape lighting

  • Grading and drainage solutions

  • Stormwater management (rain gardens, bioswales)

The result:

You've added 15-20% to your home's value while transforming your daily quality of life. Think about that. You're building equity and reclaiming how you live at the same time. No more avoiding your backyard or dreading rainy seasons. No more apologizing when guests arrive. Instead, you've created an asset that works for you: expanding your home outdoors, managing water, supporting life, appreciating in value, requiring less from you every year. You've invested in yourself, your family's experience, and your financial future simultaneously. This is what adding value to your life actually looks like.

Compare that to:

  • A $150K kitchen remodel you use for 30 minutes a day

  • A $30K family vacation that's over in two weeks

Your garden? You use it every day. For decades. And it gets better with time as plants mature.

Quality landscaping adds 15-20% to your home's value. But the real return is how it changes your daily life.

This isn't an expense. It's an investment in how you want to live.

Why WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM EVERY OTHER LANDSCAPE COMPANY

Most landscape projects fail because they're designed by people who don't understand water. One of Blueprint Earth's superpowers is stormwater management. We know how to move water, manage it, and turn drainage problems into functional beauty.

But here's what really matters: We're designing how you want to live.

As regenerative landscape design and construction experts, we focus on how your family plays, finds respite, entertains guests, and lives in their garden as the extension of the home it can be.

Think about what changes when your outdoor space actually works:

Your kids choose to play outside instead of staring at screens. You host dinners that last until dark because no one wants to go inside. Sunday mornings become sacred because your garden is where you go to think. Your home becomes the place friends ask to gather.

What makes our approach different:

Native plantings chosen specifically for your property that bring birds and pollinators you didn't know existed. Outdoor rooms designed around how your family actually moves through space, not generic patio templates. Stormwater solutions that protect your home's foundation while creating beauty. Soil that gets healthier every year.

This isn't landscaping that looks good for two years then becomes a maintenance nightmare. This is a property that improves with time and creates a connection to nature that changes how you experience your home.

Here's what's really at stake:

Most people spend their lives inside climate-controlled boxes, disconnected from the natural rhythms that make us human. Your outdoor space is either reinforcing that disconnection or bringing you back to life.

The bottom line: You have one life. You deserve a home that changes how you feel every single day. If you're going to invest in transforming your property, work with people who understand that beautiful and functional aren't compromises. They're requirements.

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Three reasons: You save 20% by locking in 2025 pricing before rates increase. Spring is when everyone realizes they want their outdoor space ready for summer, by then our calendar fills quickly and you're looking at 2027 availability. And, if you want to be using your new garden by summer 2026, we need to start the design process now. Winter design means spring construction means summer enjoyment. Wait until spring and you've missed the season entirely.

  • To kick off your project, simply send us a note at hello@be.land with some details about your vision. Our design team will reach out to schedule an initial phone call. We’re excited to hear about your ideas, learn about your family, how you like to entertain, and your outdoor lifestyle. During this call, we’ll explain our process and make sure we’re a great fit for each other. If it seems like we’re on the same page, we’ll arrange a garden walkthrough to explore how we can bring your vision to life.

  • Pay a 50% deposit before December 29th to lock in the $125/hr design fee. For a typical 70-hour project, that's a $4,375 deposit to secure $8,750 total pricing. The remaining balance is due when your design is complete. Your rate stays locked at $125/hour regardless of when the design work happens, even if we don't start until spring or summer 2026.

  • Your 2025 pricing is locked in once you pay the deposit. Life happens, if you need to delay the design work, we'll work with you on timing. The deposit is non-refundable, but your rate stays at $125/hour no matter when we actually start. Whether we begin in March 2026 or January 2027, you're protected from price increases.

  • Most comprehensive landscape projects range from $100,000-$250,000 depending on scope. We also work on smaller focused projects starting around $50,000 and larger installations with pools and pool houses.

The design phase (what you're locking in with 2025 pricing) typically requires 70 hours at $8,750 for most residential properties. This gives you complete, buildable design documentation: planting plans, hardscape plans, grading and drainage solutions, and materials specifications.

With a complete design in hand, you can choose to build with Blueprint Earth or use any contractor. Either way, you have a clear roadmap that ensures your investment gets executed properly.

  • Absolutely. Most clients phase their projects over time. We start with a complete design for your entire property, then prioritize construction based on what matters most to you and your budget. We typically recommend phases of $20,000 or more to ensure we're solving complete problems: addressing drainage in one phase, building the entertaining space in another, installing plantings in a third. This approach gives you functional, finished areas rather than half-completed work across your whole property.

  • We prioritize native plants because they're proven performers in Portland's climate, require less maintenance once established, and support the birds, pollinators, and wildlife that make your garden feel alive. That said, we also incorporate adapted plants that thrive here without extra resources. Our goal is a garden that looks beautiful and functions brilliantly with minimal intervention from you. We design for how you want to live, not dogma.

  • Yes. If you already have design documentation from another firm, we can provide construction services. We'll review the plans to ensure they're buildable and address any technical issues we identify (grading, drainage, material specifications). Our construction team follows the design while applying our expertise in stormwater management and site execution to ensure the project functions as intended.
